Tournament EventThis tournament will be conducted as an individual event.
DivisionU22:  Open to all bowlers born from 2003 to 2009 U15:  Open to all bowlers born on and after 2010
Tournament FormatQualifying Round Each bowler will bowl a total of 6 games, 3 each on Saturday, September 20, and Sunday, September 21 at 10:30 a.m. in accordance with a pre-determined lane schedule.Check-in time will be from 10:00 a.m. until 10:25 a.m.The best 16 bowlers will be qualified for the elimination rounds.   Final Round 1:  1 game elimination matches between 16 qualifiers from qualifying rounds.  Bowlers will be assigned to the lanes according to the tournament bracket.Round 2:  1 game elimination matches between the 8 winners from Round 1 according to the tournament bracket.Round 3 – Sem-Final:  1 game elimination match between 4 winners from Round 2 according to the tournament bracket.   Championship match 1 game match between the top two bowlers from Round 3 to determine the “U22 2nd Guam Bowling Champion and the U15 division.”
Handicap  This tournament has no separate division of genders.  Handicap is based on the Guam Bowling Congress averages as of July 31, 2025.  Female athletes will be given additional handicap of five pins per game including the semi-final and final rounds.  
Tournament Rules  International Bowling Federation (IBF) rules will be applied.   Tie breaker:  All ties will be broken by a one ball roll off.  This one ball roll off will continue until the tie is broken.  
Entry fee  $60.00 per bowler  
Prizes  Each divisional winners will be awarded the following: 1st place:  Championship trophy and Storm Products, Inc. high end bowling ball 2nd place:  Storm Products, Inc. high end bowling ball 3rd place:  Storm Products, Inc. mid-level bowling ball

Supplementary Prizes  The first 50 bowlers to register will receive a Storm U22 dri-fit tournament shirt, and Storm Backpack.  
Ball registration  All bowling balls must conform to the IBF equipment regulations. The Organizing Committee will check athletes bowling balls at random.
