Noah Taimanglo continued his winning ways as he opened the first monthly youth tournament of the year beating top seed Naiyah Taimanglo in the final match 244-226. Noah stacked six strikes in a row to take the lead from his younger sibling to claim the title. Naiyah gunned games of 213 and 255 to take an early lead against the field and held on for pole position, as Noah was 82 pins adrift.
In the semi-final round, 2nd Noah Taimanglo bombarded the sticks with consecutive strikes to finish off 3rd seed Raymond Cruz 264-198.
The quarter final match was quite entertaining, as Cruz started off the match struggling with two open frames. He found his groove stringing 5 strikes in a row to cut into the lead of 4th seed Jerimiah Camacho. A couple of open frames by Camacho created the opportunity for Cruz to advance with a final score of 209-207.
