Guam’s rising stars in youth bowling are making waves at the U22 Hong Kong Storm Cup 2025, held at the Top Bowl Tenpin Bowling Center in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Competing in the 22-and-under division, Daniel Lee set the tone with a dazzling perfect game—ten consecutive strikes—finishing second in his squad and seventh overall with a 1056 total, averaging an impressive 264 pins across four games. Defending champion Jeremiah Camacho sits 11th overall, just 20 pins behind Lee, with a 1036 total and games of 277, 236, 234, and 289. Only the top 39 competitors will advance to the finals, and the cutoff after Day 1 stands at 877. Guam’s bowlers are battling to stay above the line, with Joonsung Park (831), Evan Duenas (820), Dylan Taimanglo (794), Sean Lee (792), and several others keeping the competition fierce, including Kevin Fejeran, Gevon Fernandez, Juliana Lagman, and Kamilah Leones.

In the under-18 division, Eyan Duenas leads Guam’s younger squad in 10th place with a 970 set, with Ezekiel Gatan currently on the cut with a 923 set, followed by Tydus Baker (912), Graig Reyes (869), and others aiming to break into the top 21 for finals qualification such as Rafael De Guzman, Ayden Cunanan, and Jaden Milan.
Duenas also stands 6th in the U15 rankings, joined by Baker (13th), Charfarous (24th), and several more promising talents, including Aubreale Charfarous, Summer Pinaula, Aha’ani Sablan, Ayden Buentipo, and Sylas Mandapat.
The final day of qualifying continues on Monday, July 7, with Team Guam poised for a strong finish on the international stage.
