Fresh off a silver‑medal finish at the 38th Asian Intercity Bowling Championships, GWHS Geckos freshman Aubreale Charfauros stormed back into high school league play with a vengeance, turning Week Three into her personal showcase. After a rocky opening week, Charfauros flipped the script—then lit it on fire.
She came out blazing in the two‑game set, dropping a sharp 188 to seize control of the leaderboard. SHS Dolphins’ Crystel Abad answered with a solid 161, keeping the early chase tight and the pressure high.
But Charfauros wasn’t done. She doubled down in Game Two with a commanding 189, locking in a 377 series and blowing the field wide open—91 pins clear of Abad. It was dominance with style.
JFK Islanders’ Eliya Park claimed third, followed closely by teammates Althea Arreglado and Tina Lin in fourth and fifth. Sharks’ Alexa Jesus secured sixth, Bulls’ Jernie Espinosa took seventh, Geckos’ Elina Cruz landed eighth, Islanders’ Anna Rice grabbed ninth, and Sharks’ Marietta Duenas rounded out the top ten.

In the team standings, the Islanders rose to the top with 21 points, followed by the Sharks at 49, and the Dolphins in third with 53.
The action ramps up again with the Team Baker’s event on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 4:15 p.m. at Central Lanes Bowling Center—where momentum shifts, rivalries tighten, and every frame counts.
