Okkodo moves atop standings

Saturday, April 21, 2018 – CENTRAL LANES BOWLING CENTER, Tamuning, Guam

The Okkodo Bulldogs took over pole position in both the boys and girls division of the 2018 Guam High Schools Bowling League contested at the Central Lanes Bowling Center, Tamuning, Guam.

The bulldogs hold 2-0-0 records as they handily defeated their respective opponents in both division during week 2 of the competition.

The combined teams of Tiyan and GW High School split their match with the combined FD and ND team winning seven points each.  In a thrilling team event, Frank Manibusan Jr. strung 10 strikes in a row to propel the Tiyan/GW squad to even the match with a 279 game, setting a new single game record and contributing the high two games set for the day with 439 pins.

Competition continues on Saturday, April 28, 2018, 2:00 p.m. at the Central Lanes Bowling Center.
