Blas and Cabarles Crowned July IT&E King and Prince

Sunday, July 26, 2026 – CENTRAL LANES BOWLING CENTER, Tamuning, Guam

A new pair of champions were crowned at the IT&E King and Prince of the Lanes Monthly Championship held Sunday, July 26, 2026, at the Central Lanes Bowling Center.

Juan Blas captured the first monthly title of his career in commanding fashion. The top seed averaged 219 pins per game, leading qualifying with an 877 series—one mark ahead of Isaiah Macias. Blas carried that momentum straight into the elimination rounds routing 5^th seed Cameron Santos 256-203 in the semi-final match.  He then sealed the championship on the final pair with a decisive 215–178 victory over second seed Macias.

Macias etched his spot in the finale by edging 4^th seed RJ Santos 184-170 in the other semi-final match. Cameron Santos qualified for the semi-final round beating 6^th seed birthday celebrant Noah Taimanglo 215-179 and 10^th seed Dominic Cruz 192-164.  RJ Santos eliminated 3^rd seed Aaron Elliott 248-215 and 8^th seed Christof Pineda 194-193 in a come from behind victory.

The top ten finishers in the King division included June Blas, Isaiah Macias, Aaron Elliott, RJ Santos, Cameron Santos, Noah Taimanglo, Darien Borja, Christof Pineda, Cesar Pineda and Dominic Cruz.

Ninth seed CJ Cabarles rolled her way to the Prince of the Lanes title with a determined and strategic performance. She opened her finals campaign by defeating her mother, fourth seed Gina San Nicolas, 181–165. Cabarles then used her handicap advantage to move past third seed Lyo Sawada before sweeping second seed Virgil Toledo in the semifinals. In the championship match, she struck with confidence to defeat seventh seed Aubrielle Charfauros 223–181.

Charfauros earned her place in the final through a gritty climb up the bracket. She advanced past sixth seed Ethan Alegre 185–133 and fifth seed Jihoo Cha 173–152, then continued her run by upsetting top seed Xander Borja 191–164 before falling to Cabarles in the title match.

The top ten finishers in the Prince division include top seed Xander Borja who had the highest average of 225 pins per game finishing with a 903 total followed by Virgil Toledo, Eric Asanoma, Lyo Sawada, Gina San Nicolas, Jihoo Cha, Ethan Alegre, Aubrielle Charfauros, Charlie Cabarles, and Aiden Kim.
